My Wife and Kids<\/em> aired on ABC for four seasons from March 28, 2001, to May 17, 2005, becoming a cultural touchstone and stand-out among other early 2000s sitcoms.<\/p>\n The comedy starred Damon Wayans Sr<\/a>. <\/a>as Michael Kyle, the “traditional” father trying to have it all with his wife, Jay Kyle, played by Tisha Campbell<\/a>, as they raise three kids in Connecticut.<\/p>\n The show cast newcomers and comedian veterans to bring laughs and American audiences into the Kyle home.
